Season of the Wild Open House

Stories of the Wild at Earthwise Agassiz

Join us for “Stories of the Wild” on November 2nd, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Earthwise Agassiz, where we will celebrate the seasonal shift from summer abundance into winter. This engaging event, sponsored by Tourism Harrison as part of the “Seasons of the Wild” celebration, invites participants to share their own cultural and personal stories about this transformative time of year while enjoying workshops, activities, and guest speaker presentations. Highlights of the day include an immersive workshop on our shared food and land, led by Community Farmer, Mark, and a family-friendly guided story walks through Earthwise Agassiz’s enchanting trails. Picture books will show us the way, and tell a story about the landscapes we see around us.

You’ll also have the chance to unleash your inner explorer with our self-guided seasonal scavenger hunt, designed to reveal the wonders of autumn’s changes. In the Farm House, enjoy a delicious light lunch prepared with fresh produce from our Market Farm. Come connect, share, and discover the beauty of the changing seasons!
