Bugs and Critters

Join us as we dig and discover the word of wildlife here at the farm. Earthwise is teeming with critters: birds of prey (like our barn owls), slugs, roly polies, lady bugs, mason bees, honeybees and hummingbirds! critters. Come get your hands dirty playing with worms and making seed bombs!

Cost: $30 + $20 of materials (pot, plants and magical garden accessories)

Bring home some Earthwise magic! We will transform ordinary into something truly magical. Each camper will be bring home a fairy garden or terrarium.

What to Expect from Camp

Half-day camps will begin with a morning circle and will include a few different exciting, hands-on activities. Campers should bring their own litterless snack, hat and a water bottle. There will be a break halfway through the morning. We will end our day with a group game and a closing circle.

Registration, Fees and Cancellation

Registration is done online HERE or by phone at 604-946-9828. Please register as soon as possible to secure your spot! Numbers will be capped at 12 campers per session.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, cheque, or credit card. Payment is required 5 days in advance.

If you should need to cancel for some reason, we ask that you provide us 1 week of advance notice.

If we need to cancel any of the camps due to low enrollment or inclement weather, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible, and we will offer you a choice of either a credit towards a future course or a full refund.
