Volunteer Open House Events

Are you looking for a way to get involved and make a difference in your community? April 27 – May 3 is National Volunteer Week, a time to celebrate the incredible power of volunteers across Canada. At Earthwise, we’re so thankful for the amazing individuals who support our gardens, farms, food security programs, and community events, and we’d love for you to be part of it too!

Whether you’re a long time Earthwise volunteer, just signed up this year, or are simply curious about getting involved, we invite you to join us for two special volunteer events. It’s a great chance to meet our friendly staff and volunteer team, learn more about what we do, and explore the beautiful Earthwise sites. Come see what being an Earthwise volunteer is all about!

Delta Volunteers: Join us on May 3rd from 2-3 pm in the beautiful Earthwise Garden for an evening of gratitude, light refreshments, and community.

Agassiz Volunteers: On May 4th from 2-3 pm, join us for a fun, family-friendly drop-in event where you’ll learn about volunteer opportunities for the year ahead, provide input on new activities for our 2025 education programs, and enjoy some light refreshments!
